Statistics

The Statistics section of the application provides detailed insights and metrics about device performance and usage. This section is divided into multiple tabs, each focusing on a specific type of data such as distance, speed, fuel consumption, engine hours, and more. Users can generate reports, export data, Email report to the registered Email ID and view detailed statistics for the selected device over specified time period.

1. Distance

The Distance tab displays the total distance travelled by the selected device over a specified period.

  • Device : Select the device from the dropdown for which the distance statistics are to be viewed.

  • Period : Select the time period for which the distance statistics are to be viewed (e.g. Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Custom Date Range).

  • Distance Data :

    • It displays a table with the Device Detail, Start Time, and Total Distance travelled on daily basis.
    • Users can see the detailed distance covered by each device during the selected period.
  • Show Button : Click the Show button to display the data based on selected options.

  • Export Button : This button to export the displayed data in various formats (e.g., CSV, Excel).

  • Email Report Button : This button to email the report to a specified email address.

2. Speed

The Speed tab provides statistics on the speed of the selected device over a specified period.

  • Device : Select the device from the dropdown for which the speed statistics are to be viewed.

  • Period : Select the time period for which the speed statistics are to be viewed (e.g. Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Custom Date Range).

  • Speed Data : It displays a table with the Device Details, Start Date, and speed metrics such as Maximum Speed and Average Speed

  • Show Button : Click the Show button to display the data based on selected options.

  • Export Button : This button to export the displayed data in various formats (e.g., CSV, Excel).

  • Email Report Button : This button to email the report to a specified email address.

3. Spent Fuel

The Spent Fuel tab provides information on the fuel consumption of the selected device over a specified period.

  • Device : Select the device from the dropdown for which the Spent Fuel statistics are to be viewed.

  • Period : Select the time period for which the Spent Fuel statistics are to be viewed (e.g. Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Custom Date Range).

  • Fuel Data : It displays a table with the Device Details, Start Date, and Spent Fuel (L). Users can see the detailed fuel consumption for the device during the selected period.

  • Show Button : Click the Show button to display the data based on selected options.

  • Export Button : This button to export the displayed data in various formats (e.g., CSV, Excel).

  • Email Report Button : This button to email the report to a specified email address.

4. Engine Hours

The Engine Hours tab shows the total engine running time for the selected device over a specified period.

  • Device : Select the device from the dropdown for which the Engine Hours statistics are to be viewed.

  • Period : Select the time period for which the Engine Hours statistics are to be viewed (e.g. Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Custom Date Range).

  • Engine Hours Data : It displays a table with the Device Details, Start Date, and total Engine Hours. Users can see the detailed engine running time for the device during the selected period.

  • Show Button : Click the Show button to display the data based on selected options.

  • Export Button : This button to export the displayed data in various formats (e.g., CSV, Excel).

  • Email Report Button : This button to email the report to a specified email address.

5. Ignition On

The Ignition On tab provides statistics on the times the ignition was turned on for the selected device over a specified period.

  • Device : Select the device from the dropdown for which the Ignition ON statistics are to be viewed.

  • Period : Select the time period for which the Ignition ON statistics are to be viewed (e.g. Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Custom Date Range).

  • Ignition Data : It displays a table with the Device Details Server time, and Ignition ON Duration. Users can see the detailed ignition events for the device during the selected period.

  • Show Button : Click the Show button to display the data based on selected options.

  • Export Button : This button to export the displayed data in various formats (e.g., CSV, Excel).

  • Email Report Button : This button to email the report to a specified email address.

6. Motion On

The Motion On tab shows statistics on the Motion On events or Movement duration for the selected device over a specified period.

  • Device : Select the device from the dropdown for which the Motion On statistics are to be viewed.

  • Period : Select the time period for which the Motion On statistics are to be viewed (e.g. Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Custom Date Range).

  • Motion Data : It displays a table with the Device Details, Server Time, and duration of Motion Events. Users can see the detailed motion events for the device during the selected period.

  • Show Button : Click the Show button to display the data based on selected options.

  • Export Button : This button to export the displayed data in various formats (e.g., CSV, Excel).

  • Email Report Button : This button to email the report to a specified email address.

7. Stop Hours

The Stop Hours tab provides statistics on the duration of Stops for the selected device over a specified period.

  • Device : Select the device from the dropdown for which the Stop Hours statistics are to be viewed.

  • Period : Select the time period for which the Stop Hours statistics are to be viewed (e.g. Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Custom Date Range).

  • Stop Hours Data :

    • It displays a table with the Device Details, Start Time, End Time, Address and Stop Duration in hours.
    • Users can see the detailed stop durations for each device during the selected period.
  • Show Button : Click the Show button to display the data based on selected options.

  • Export Button : This button to export the displayed data in various formats (e.g., CSV, Excel).

  • Email Report Button : This button to email the report to a specified email address.

8. Idle Hours

The Idle Hours tab shows the total idle time for the selected device over a specified period.

  • Device : Select the device from the dropdown for which the Idle Hours statistics are to be viewed.

  • Period : Select the time period for which the Idle Hours statistics are to be viewed (e.g. Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Custom Date Range).

  • Idle Hours Data :

    • It displays a table with the Device Details, Server time and Total Idle Duration in hours.
    • Users can see the detailed idle times for each device during the selected period.
  • Show Button : Click the Show button to display the data based on selected options.

  • Export Button : This button to export the displayed data in various formats (e.g., CSV, Excel).

  • Email Report Button : This button to email the report to a specified email address.
